153、 When the maintenance personnel check or refuel in the elevator machine room, they should first cut off the main power supply of the incoming line of the elevator and confirm that there is no power before they can check and refuel.

Mechanical parts:

211. The traction machine of elevator needs oil lubrication. There are two scales on the outer cover of the traction machine. Open the oil nozzle to check that the oil should be in the middle of the two scales. If the oil is lower than the scale below, it means that the traction machine should be refueled. If the oil is not refueled, the elevator will not get good lubrication for a long time, resulting in the burning of the elevator traction machine and motor. After the elevator runs for a long time, the oil should be changed in time to keep the traction machine fresh and well lubricated.


212. Cleaning and lubrication of elevator car guide shoe. We all know that the guide shoe runs on the guide rail, and there is an oil cup on the guide shoe. In order to make the elevator run without friction sound, we must regularly oil the oil cup and clean the guide shoe, and clean the lift car.


213. Maintenance of elevator hall door and car door. Elevator failure is generally in the elevator hall door and car door, so we should pay attention to the maintenance of hall door and car door. 

The first is that the oil filling place on the upper sill of the door should be well lubricated, so that the elevator will not make unpleasant sound during operation and opening of the door. 

Pay attention to the inspection of elevator safety touch board or light curtain type touch board switch line, because the frequency of elevator door opening and closing is high, it will damage the switch line, which requires the maintenance personnel to check in every work, the replacement should be in advance, do not let the user doubt the elevator product quality because of the door problem.




Electrical components:

Electrical components are roughly divided into control panel, electrical switch of each safety circuit, etc. it is the brain of the elevator and the central nervous system of the elevator. The start, operation and door switch of the elevator are dominated by it, so it must be treated as the top priority in daily maintenance work.


In the work, it is better not to short circuit the elevator circuit in the control panel. When the elevator door system fails, someone shortens the elevator door for convenience, so as to find out the fault. It is very dangerous to do so, and the accidents of shorting the door are the most. 


Why? If a person opens the hall door and sticks his head in, the elevator just runs up or down here, and the hall door is short circuited, the elevator can't stop, so the accident is very likely to happen. Therefore, in our daily maintenance work, we must not short-circuit the safety circuit. If we have to short-circuit, we must find out which safety component has problems and which safety component needs to be short circuited. After maintenance or urgent repair, we must remove the short circuit in time.
