We should all know that any equipment is composed of different accessories. Of course, there is no exception for elevators. The cooperation of various accessories can make the elevator operate normally. Among them, the elevator guide wheel is one of the important equipment in the very important elevator accessories.
The main function of the guide wheel is to limit the freedom of movement of the car and the counterweight, so that the car and the counterweight can only move up and down along the guide wheel.
guide wheels mainly increase the distance between the car and the counterweight and change the direction of movement of the wire rope.
The elevator guide wheel has a pulley structure, and its role is to save effort in the pulley block. When installing the guide wheels, first hang a plumb line on the floor of the machine room or on the load-bearing beam to align with the center point of the counterweight on the sample frame. On both sides of this vertical line, with the width of the guide wheel as the interval, hang two auxiliary vertical lines respectively, and use these three lines as the reference to install and correct the traction wheel.
1. Alignment of the parallelism of the guide wheel
The finding of the parallelism of the guide wheels means that the connection line between the center point of the car on the traction wheel and the center of the counterweight on the guide wheel should coincide with the reference line of the bearing beam, the traction wheel and the guide wheel in the vertical direction. And the two sides of the guide wheel should be parallel to the reference line.
2. Correcting the plumbness of the guide wheel
The verticality of the guide wheel is exactly that the two sides of the guide wheel should be parallel to the vertical line.
3. Technical requirements for the installation of guide wheels
(1) The vertical error of the guide wheel should not be greater than 2.0mm.
(2) The parallelism error between the end face of the guide wheel and the end face of the traction wheel should not be greater than 1mm.
